Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CRS or any of its vendors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.  Some localities so not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Order Policy

Your recipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

CRS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

CRS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

CRS is a reseller to private end user customers, but may accept orders from computer dealres, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by CRS.

Payment

We accept Personal Checks ( most personal and business checks may take upto 10 days to clear the bank), Cahiers Checks, Postal Money Orders, PayPal and Credit Cards through PayPal.

After you have placed your order, you will recieve and e-mail stating how and when your items were shipped and when you can expect delivery.  Insurance is recommended on all purchases.  Failure to have inusrance on a delivery waives CRS of all responsibilty to replace items lost in the mail.

Return Policy

Every product that you buy from CRS is backed by a 30 day limited warrenty against defects.  Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened.

If the products can not be replaced due to a lack of inventory, a full refund will be made.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, CRS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

CRS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment recieved.

If your Paypal Account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelsed, CRS shall immediately issue a refund to your PayPal Account in the amount of the payment or will refund you directly.
